I’m not quite sure how I never watched these when they were on, but since both boys became huge Indiana Jones fans (via the Lego) we picked up a couple of the discs.
Summary: Henry Jones junior travels around the globe with his family before his father becomes Sean Connery. He doesn’t listen to his parents, or his tutor, in cities around the globe and gets into trouble with famous people.
In the episode we watched recently he meets up with a young Norman Rockwell and meets a not yet famous Picasso who is in the middle of trying to one up a blind old Degas.
What they thought: Despite a serious lack of bullwhip they were into it.
What we though: Needs more Nazis.
Each episode is like a mini movie so they at least buy you an hour or so of quiet.

I had forgotten about this show from when I was a kid! Thanks for bringing back the memory - I'll definitely have to get them for my kids.
ReplyDeleteThey really enjoy them. And the shows are calmer than the normal cartoon options.
